Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Item is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of delivery

Important: Due to the nature of cannabis products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at returns@muhascarts.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include order number, photo evidence (if applicable), and reason for return

  3. We will provide you with return instructions

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Refunds are not granted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect usage

  • Shipping delays beyond our control

4. Exchange Option

We offer exchanges on approved claims for:

  • Incorrect item

  • Defective product

Shipping cost for return/exchange may be covered at our discretion.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened products

  • Edibles that have been tampered with

  • Discounted items or promotional samples
